Mentorship is good and very flexible for anyone who wants to progress in their Career wrt timing, background may be technical or tester or BA etc roles . Can join and benefit who wanted to go for higher positions in Software industry. More or less it's like a on job training. Overall Good teaching. Suggestion just : need to discuss more real time challenges that we face when we are in the position PM /SM wrt team members or wrt higher management, which I feel.

Session was great; it is loaded with real life experiences. I will however will love a situation where every cohort ends up with a E2E bootcamp project so that experienced folks in that group can assist the not so experienced ones gain semblance of real work experience from Understanding Project work, Defining the Problem, Brainstorming, Design, Estimation to talking through the Planning to Execution and Monitoring through to Closing the Project. collaboration, and communication
